Or is it twitterer (is that even a word?)

Have you been introduced to the wonderful world of Twitter? It's like having a hundred people talk to you at once. Different conversations going on around you - you can add your own comments or sit back and watch. Some of it's dribble and some timely info.
I signed up months ago and did nothing with it. Then - BAM - I'm hearing Twitter this, Twitter that and even saw my local paper has their twitter address listing right on the inside cover!
The best way to describe the phenomenon? Think a cross between a blog post and an IM. You have to be brief because you only get 140 characters per post. You can follow people and they can follow you - you can private message or just reply to their post and - viola - the conversation is moving.
Now that I started exploring Twitter at length (don't ask how long
) I've found twitters like CNN and FOX news and we even followed the Iditarod updates by twitter postings! It's weird, it's fast and I'm loving it!
So, if you think you're ready to explore the world of twitter - look me up!

Have a fabulous Thursday! Snarky A.(Quote)
Every time someone mentions Twitter I am sooo tempted, but at the same time my many Internet activities are already such a time suck, that I am afraid I would have to cut out sleep to be able to do Twitter too. Kate Karyus Quinn(Quote)
I don’t even dare check it out. The last thing I need is something else to become addicted to that keeps me on this computer chair. I already spend WAAAAY too much time blogging! So in self defense I’ve decided to never check out Twitter or Facebook….I’m sure my butt would end up growing to my chair! nikki(Quote)
No way, woman. I’ve got enough obsessions. I think I visit PC 100 times a day, facebook at least half that. Nope. No more addictions for me. But you’re right, it’s been every where lately.
And I think you’re called a Tweet, perhaps? IDK, Leno was arguing with someone about it the other night. stephanie(Quote)
Oh girl! I have come *thisclose* to becoming part of the Twitter world. I think my husband would kill me being that blogging already consumes too much of my time! LOL Aubrey(Quote)
I’m definitely tempted…but I’ve got way too many distractions now as it is.
