Would you believe there was freakin' frost on the ground when I woke up this morning? I kid you not. Yes, it is almost the end of March and everyday I get up with the hope that it will finally start to warm up - I mean come on - I don't live in Alaska...what's up with this artic blast? Please, Spring show some muscle already!
Would you believe we haven't started my daughter's science fair project yet? Of course you would if you know anything about me and science. I have no scientific aptitude (no math aptitude either...hmm..seeing a pattern here I don't quite like 
) So last year we counted fast-food french fries and compared the sodium content. This year I'm leaning toward counting popcorn kernals in microwave popcorn bags. Hmmm, I'm seeing another trend. Well, the project isn't due until Friday, so we've got loads of time to make a decision here 
)
Would you believe one of my Urban Dictionary Word of the Day words I can use? Yes, I think we can all slip the word "Himbo" into our daily vocabulary, don't you? (And in case you're wondering, it really does mean the male equivalent of a bimbo, whore or slut) I know you want to use it today - or at least think it.

And last but not least, would you believe I started/joined a group blog? Yes, I blog with my crit group (hmmm, we've been pretty silent lately, must crack the whip on that one.) Would you believe I finally got my Katherine Brandon website up and running? I was trying to upload to an index.html folder instead of the htdocs folder from my FTP forward address.
